
Looking at the need to create awareness among the public and producers, CII launched "T-Food" (Traditional Food Festival & Expo) con-currently with Foodpro 2017. The 4th edition of T-Food is scheduled from 07 - 09 August 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India.
“T-Food” will be a movement to bring back the native Traditional Foods and will showcase the traditional wisdom about processing of food, preservation techniques, geographical indication, culinary tradition & food products and therapeutic effects followed by many generations.
T-Food will be organised concurrently with "Foodpro 2026" an exclusive event on Food Processing, Packaging & Technology and "ColdStoRe India" an focused event on Cold Storage, Refrigeration & Transportation.
