Looking at the need to create awareness among the public and producers, CII launched "T-Food" (Traditional Food Festival & Expo) con-currently with Foodpro 2017. The 3rd edition of T-Food is scheduled from 09 - 11 August 2024 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India.

T-Food will be a movement to bring back the Native Traditional Foods and will showcase the Traditional Wisdom about Processing of Food, Preservation Techniques, Geographical Indication, Culinary Tradition & Food Products and Therapeutic Effects followed by many generations

T-Food will be organised concurrently with "Foodpro 2024" an exclusive event on Food Processing, Packaging & Technology and "ColdStoRe India" an focused event on Cold Storage, Refrigeration & Transportation.
